The Carter’s 100,000 Ways To Celebrate Moms Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is
sponsored by The William Carter Company (“Sponsor”), 1170 Peachtree Street, Suite 900,
Atlanta, GA 30309, and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC (“Administrator”), 25200 Telegraph
Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on May 3, 2013 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern
Time (“ET”) and ends on June 3, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM ET (“Promotion Period”). The
Promotion consists of an instant win game (“Instant Win Game”) and a sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes”), as further described in Section 3 of these Official Rules. The
Administrator’s computer is the official Promotion clock.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of
Columbia, or Puerto Rico, satisfy the definition of a “Mother” and be at least eighteen (18)
years of age or older at the time of entry. For purposes of this Promotion, a “Mother” is
defined as a person who has played the role of a mother in rearing, supporting, caring for or
loving a child. Officers, directors, agents, sales representatives, distributors and employees
(and their respective household members and immediate family members, e.g., children,
spouse, siblings, parents and the “steps” of each of the aforementioned) of Sponsor,
Administrator and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising,
promotion and web design agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and all other individuals/entities
associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local
laws apply. Void outside of the 50 United States/District of Columbia/Puerto Rico, and where
prohibited or restricted by law. Eligible entrants who are located on overseas U.S. military
instillations may participate. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional
agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are
final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon
fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants may be required to furnish proof of
identification in a form requested by Sponsor or its designee. If it is discovered that an
entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple e-mail
addresses or multiple identities, all of that entrant’s Game Plays and Sweepstakes entries
will be declared null and void and any prize an entrant might have been entitled to will not be
awarded.
