How to Play:
There are two games: Peel ‘n’ Play and Scrape ‘n’ Match. Play for both start on May 6, 2013 at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT and end on July 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (“Game Period”). You have a chance to win time-seeded “Instant Win Prizes” and random draw Daily, Weekly and Grand Prizes. No purchase requests must be made by July 5, 2013 (see below for details). The VIP Experience Weekly Prize must be claimed by July 19, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT, as the VIP Experience with Bon Jovi is scheduled to take place on July 24, 2013 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. All other prizes must be claimed by August 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed by these dates.

Potential winners who are Canadian residents must first answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question, before being declared a winner. Potential winners may be required to complete prize verification documents before being declared a winner.

NOTE: The Game Period consists of 10 Weeks or 70 Days. Each “Week” begins on Monday at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on the Sunday that immediately follows thereafter. Each “Day” begins at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT and ends the same date at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT.

Peel ‘n’ Play:
Commencing on or around May 6, 2013, guests at participating Tim Hortons locations in Canada may receive one specially marked Tim Hortons 10, 14 or 18 oz iced/frozen drink take-out game cup, while supplies last, with the purchase of any corresponding small (10 oz), medium (14 oz) or large (18 oz) iced/frozen beverage. Commencing on or about May 6, 2013, guests at participating Tim Hortons locations in the USA, specifically the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia, may receive one specially marked Tim Hortons 12, 16, 20 or 32 oz cold drink take-out game cup, while supplies last, with the purchase of any corresponding small (12 oz), small/medium (16 oz), medium/large (20 oz) or large (32 oz) iced/frozen beverage. Free game pieces (PIN Codes) are available; details are below. On the game cup is a label, which contains an alphanumeric code (“PIN Code”). This PIN Code can be played in the Peel ‘n’ Play online game at www.chilltowin.com or m.chilltowin.com on your mobile device.

NOTE: Sponsor reserves the right to limit the distribution of game cups to one cup with the purchase of any iced/frozen beverage for any multiple-cup refillable container. The guest will receive a cup equivalent in size to the size of the iced/frozen beverage purchased (for example, if the guest purchases a large iced/frozen beverage, the guest will receive a large cup, while supplies last). If there is any remaining inventory, game cups may still be provided after July 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (the “Game Closing Date”). Nevertheless, PIN Codes may not be played after the Game Closing Date and will not be valid for the Game.

Scrape ‘n’ Match:
Commencing on or around May 6, 2013 at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT, guests may play Scrape ‘n’ Match by going to www.chilltowin.com or m.chilltowin.com on your mobile device. PIN Codes are not required. See below for further details.

No Purchase PIN Codes:
In Canada, receive a free PIN Code, by sending a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope to: Tim Hortons Chill To Win (NPN – Project # 922C3), P.O. Box 9998, Saint John, NB, E2L 4N4, Canada. In the U.S.A., receive a free PIN Code, by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Tim Hortons Chill To Win (NPN – Project # 922C3), P.O. Box 116, Calais, ME, 04619-0116, USA. PIN Code requests must include full name, complete address, telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address. All requests for a free PIN Code must be received by July 5, 2013 (game cup supplies are expected to run out by around this date). PIN Codes must be played before the Game ends on July 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT. Limit one PIN Code request per postmarked outer envelope, while supplies last. No mechanical reproductions of PIN Code requests permitted.

Peel ‘n’ Play:
Play your PIN Code and click the button for a chance to win. Each PIN Code may only be used once to play. Your play will be time-stamped according to when you clicked the button. Instant Win Prizes are awarded based on randomly selected times during the Game Period. If your play occurs on or is the closest after the pre-selected winning time, then you will be a potential winner for a prize, pending verification. With each play, participants will also be entered into the Daily Draw for that Day and Grand Prize Draws at the end of the Game Period. Also with each play, participants will earn an Extra Play, which may be played in Scrape ‘n’ Match.

LIMIT TEN (10) PIN CODE PLAYS PER PERSON PER DAY IN THE PEEL ‘N’ PLAY GAME.

Scrape ‘n’ Match:
PIN Codes are not required. Play by clicking on the button for a chance to win and scrape the game board to reveal whether you are a potential winner of an Instant Win Prize. Your play will be time-stamped according to when you clicked the button. Instant Win Prizes are awarded based on randomly selected times during the Game Period. If your play occurs or is the closest after the pre-selected winning time, then you will be a potential winner of a prize, pending verification. With each play, participants will also be entered into the Weekly Draw for that Week. Extra Plays earned from Peel ‘n’ Play may be played in Scrape ‘n’ Match. In Scrape ‘n’ Match, you have a chance to win PIN Codes, which may be played in Peel ‘n’ Play.

Eligibility:
The Game is limited to legal residents of Canada and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Florida, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Void in excluded jurisdictions and where prohibited by law. To be eligible to claim a prize, claimant must be of age of majority within their jurisdiction of residence. To be eligible to play, participants must be 13 years of age or older at the beginning of the Game Period. If an participant is 13 years or older but less than the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, then participant shall be considered an eligible minor (“Eligible Minor”) whose prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian.

Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of Sponsor, Administrator, The TDL Group Corp., Tim Hortons USA Inc., or their affiliated or related companies, Tim Hortons franchisees, the consulting, advertising and promotion agencies of Sponsor, prize suppliers, game cup suppliers, game cup distributors and game cup carriers are not eligible to participate.
