TO ENTER
From the home page, click on the “Monthly Sweepstakes” window, and complete the entry form (the “Entry Site”). You will be asked to provide your name, complete address, telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address. A limit of one (1) entry via the entry site per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted during each Monthly Sweepstakes. All entries on the site must be received between 12:00 AM ET on the first day of the current month through 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the current month (“Monthly Entry Period”). Entries received after such time will be included in the next Monthly Sweepstakes, if any. Note: Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, or the use of any device to automate the entry process will be declared invalid and all such entries will be disqualified.

PRIZES
The prize is one-time shopping spree at esteelauder.com of up to $350. Any unused portion will be forfeited. No more than two of any one item may be selected during the spree. The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Sweepstakes. Entries from previous Monthly Sweepstakes will not be included in subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes. All prizes are awarded “as is” with no guarantee, either express or implied. If by reason of a printing, typographical, or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. The products purchased during shopping spree will be shipped to the winner via 2nd day shipping at the expense of the Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY
The esteelauder.com Monthly Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to those legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who meet the eligibility requirements. The officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor and Promotion Entities and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above, are not eligible. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.

ENTRY PERIOD
Sweepstakes starts at 12:01AM on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month. Estee Lauder, Inc. (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to terminate Monthly Sweepstakes any time after the then current Monthly Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing for each Monthly Sweepstakes, within 10 days of the Monthly Entry Period. Winner will be notified by e-mail or by telephone within two weeks of this date. Once the winner has been confirmed the prize will be shipped to the mailing address provided at the time of entry. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All decisions are final. All Federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner.
