PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Liquidation Channel Marvelous Moms Promotion (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on April 28, 2013 at 12:01 AM and end on May 11, 2013 at 11:59 PM (“Sweepstakes Period”). All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Central Time (“CT”). Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in the U.S., and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below), members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Liquidation Channel, 100 Michael Angelo Way, Ste 400 D, Austin TX 78728 (“Sponsors”), and its respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.

How To Enter Online: To enter the Sweepstakes online during the Sweepstakes Period, visit Liquidation Channel’s Facebook page located at http://www.facebook.com/shoplctv (the “Website”) and access the Sweepstakes tab (“Sweepstakes Tab”) by clicking “Like” and becoming a fan of the Website. Then follow the provided instructions, which require you to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the official rules and agree to provide Sponsors with personal information (“FB Entry”). Once you have Liked the Website, you will be directed towards the Sweepstake’s Trivia page where you are eligible to answer one trivia question daily.

How to Play: To win an instant prize or receive a valuable discount in the Marvelous Moms Instant Win Liquidation Channel Promotion (“Game”) log-on, between 12:01 am (CT) on April 28, 2013 (“Start Date”) and 11:59 pm (CT) on May 11, 2013 (“End Date”) (the “Promotion Period”) to https://www.facebook.com/shoplctv and “like” the page, or access the promotion at the designated area on liquidationchannel.com. You will be given the chance to answer a trivia question and notified immediately whether you have won or not. Limit of one (1) attempt at an instant win at log-in per day, per e-mail address, per person. Must have valid e-mail address.
