SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The KRIS Wine “Art of Italian Design” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on May 31, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENT MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA , AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND A LICENSED DRIVER POSSESSING A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DC, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY: There are two ways to enter:
Method A) Mobile Entry: Use your smartphone or other web-enabled mobile device to scan the QR Code located on specially marked KRIS Wine bottle neck-hangers found in-store. You will be sent to the mobile entry page. Follow all entry instructions to complete the entry form in its entirety and submit (the “Mobile Entry”).
Important notice for mobile means of entry: Message and Data Rates may apply. Entrant’s wireless service provider may charge entrant for data usage and entrant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with this form of entry. Standard carrier-specific wireless messaging rates and all applicable taxes apply depending upon the entrant’s wireless pricing plan. Other carrier-specific rates and applicable taxes may also apply in accordance with entrant’s wireless customer agreement. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding pricing plans. Entrant must be a wireless service subscriber with data usage, using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all wireless phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone and service capabilities for specific mobile instructions.
Method B) Facebook Entry: Visit http://www.facebook.com/kriswines, click on the Sweepstakes tab, click “Like” to become a fan of the KRIS Wine Facebook page, complete the entry form in its entirety and submit (the “Facebook Entry”).
Limit: one (1) entry per person per day regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.
