PROMOTION PERIOD: Thomas’ English Muffins and Bagels “Make Every Day Mother’s Day” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Orograin Bakeries Sales, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 8, 2013 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on May 12, 2013 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will be divided into thirty-five (35) daily periods (each, a “Daily Period”). Each Daily Period will begin at 12:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. ET that same day, except the last Daily Period which will end at 12:00 p.m. ET. The Promotion will consist of both an instant win game for the chance to win daily prizes and a sweepstakes for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household, whether or not related) of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of Promotion materials (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, go to http://thomasmothersday.com and follow the instructions provided to play the instant win game and unwrap the on-screen envelope to immediately receive a winning or losing message. All game plays must be received by the end time of the applicable Daily Period to be eligible. If you receive a winning message, you will receive an email from Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours with instructions on how to redeem the applicable prize. If you receive a non-winning message, you will not be eligible for an instant win prize, however, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing (one (1) Grand Prize entry per email address per Daily Period). Limit of one (1) instant win game play per email address and one (1) Grand Prize entry per Daily Period. Additional instant win game plays or Grand Prize entries received from the same person, email address or household in excess of the above daily stated limitation will be void. Use of any automated or robotic system to participate is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification.
