PROMOTION PERIOD: Starts April 1, 2013 at 9:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends September 30, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon and Washington) who are 18 years of age or older, and have a valid email address. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after April 1, 2013, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Family Dollar, Inc. (“Sponsor“), Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC (“Sponsor“), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, suppliers, or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively with the entities in 2(a), the “Promotion Entities”), and (c) members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) of and persons who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories.

Visit www.FamilyDollar.com (the “Website“), then log in or register by providing your true contact information (first name, last name, complete mailing address, email address and phone number, date of birth) and selected password, read and accept these Official Rules, and then submit a tip (from 10 to 250 characters) about shopping for baby care essentials at Family Dollar (“Submission“ or “Entry“), and submit it on the Website, following all online instructions. Once your Submission is submitted, you will receive one (1) Instant Win game play (see Rule #5 for details). Submissions may be screened by the Sponsor for compliance with these Official Rules. Submissions must be legible, must be in English, and must comply with all of the Submission requirements set forth herein. If a Submission will be posted on the Website, entrant will receive an email notification at the email address provided in the registration process, confirming that your Submission has been posted. Posting of an Submission on the website is not a confirmation, representation or warranty by the Sponsor or any of its representatives that the Submission is compliant with these Rules. Submissions will not be judged and may be featured on the Website and/or social channels like Facebook or Twitter, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
