PROMOTION PERIOD: The Charmin Baby Got Back Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/1/2013 and ends 5:00 pm ET on 4/28/2013 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who, as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win a prize. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY THE GAME: During the Promotion Period, you may access the Promotion by visiting the Baby Got Back tab on the Charmin Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/charmin from a desktop computer or by visiting charminbabygotbacksweepstakes.com from a mobile device (collectively the “Promotion Websites”). To enter, from the Promotion Websites, watch the entire duration of the video presented on screen and complete the on-screen registration form. If you are a returning entrant, you will only need to click the enter button on screen. Following the provision of the requested information (first time user) or clicking the enter button (returning user), you will be instantly informed on-screen if you are an instant winner, as well as receive an entry into that weeks’ Weekly Random drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. If you are an instant winner (subject to verification), you will be notified on-screen that you will receive your prize via mail. Limit of one instant win play/random drawing entry per person per day. For the purposes of this Promotion, a day is a 24-hour period that starts at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, with the exception of the first day of the promotion that starts at 10:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET and the last day of the promotion that starts at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET and a week starts at 12:00 a.m. ET on Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, with the exception of the first week of the Promotion Period that starts at 10:00 a.m. ET on Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday and the last week of the Promotion Period that begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on Monday and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, 4/28/2013. More than the specified number of instant win chances/random drawing entries from any person will void all instant win chances/entries for that person. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to participate is prohibited. Instant win chances/random drawing entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online and/or mobile service provider will apply. All eligible online instant win chances/random drawing entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the Sunday of each week during the Promotion Period to be entered into that week’s random drawing and the Grand Prize drawing, with the exception of the last week of the Promotion Period, when entries must be received by 5:00 pm ET on 4/28/2013 to be entered into the final weekly random drawing and Grand Prize drawing. Entries will not be carried forward into subsequent Weekly Random drawings, if any, but they will be carried forward to the Grand Prize drawing.
