1. Eligibility. WinCo Foods Commit to Clean Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the states of Washington, California, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona and Utah who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and any of their parents and affiliate companies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children), regardless where they reside, and household members of each such employees are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins on April 15, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) and ends on May 12, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST (the “Entry Period”). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes a day (“Day”) is defined as a calendar day beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. MST and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. MST. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter. During the Entry Period visit www.facebook.com/winco.official.page or www.WinCoFoods.com/sweepstakes and follow the online instructions to obtain one (1) entry (“Entry”). If you are using WinCo’s Facebook page, click on the “Like” tab (if you are not already a fan of the WinCo Facebook page). Then click on the tab to access the Sweepstakes application. Follow the online instructions on either website and complete and submit an entry form with a valid home address. You will automatically receive one (1) Entry. The two (2) aforementioned web sites shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Sweepstakes Site”. All Entries must be received no later than May 12, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST. Limit: One (1) Entry per person/email address per day during the Entry Period.
