Homemade Velveeta Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. of boiling water
6 Tablespoon of powder milk
1 lb cheddar cheese; grated
1 1/2 tsp of unflavored gelatin
Instructions
Prepare a loaf pan by lining with plastic wrap
Combine 1/2 cup boiling water, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk and 3/4 tsp gelatin in the blender
Blend 5 to 10 seconds
Add 1/2 of the grated cheese and blend until smooth or about 3 minutes.
Pour into lined loaf pan
Repeat with remaining ingredients and pour on top of first layer
Cover and refrigerate overnight before slicing

wow this is something I just might try Velveeta Cheese has its own very good taste so if you can make it at home with the same taste then oh ya!!
