We always leave books by the potty, and throughout the day, go and read a book. He loves to listen to stories…so we get to spend lot of time on the potty in hopes something will happen.

Take it all one day at a time and remember that every child learns at their own pace and time. Have plenty of patience and stock up on plenty of pampers easy ups!

I give the baby a drink and after drinking I take him to bathroom every 15 minutes.

Just be patient. I am training my 3 year old granddaughter. She does great for awhile, then digresses. It is a challenge to say the least 🙂

I have been trying everything, but found patience and lots of postive reinforcement has really worked best. She has finally started going on her own, when they are ready they will go!!

Be patient and encourage them to sit down for as long as possible. Make it a game to go potty if need be. They need to be relaxed enough to let go off the muscles to poop and pee.
