Campus Book Rentals Partners with Operation Smile
This is a sponsored post with Campus Book Rentals. All opinions are 100% my own.
For all the college-goers, CampusBookRentals is the go to source with a lot of perks. Using CampusBookRentals will save you 40-90% off of bookstore prices. They have free shipping sending and returning the books back. They have awesome flexible renting time frames. What I really enjoy is that you can highlight in the textbooks as well and they will still allow you to return the books. If you are a college student, you know that highlighting is key to finding all that important information needed easily. Finding out this has been a huge plus for my family. My nephew is enjoying being able to highlight with no hassles. I had never heard of this while I was in college years ago.
CampusBookRentals is “One of America’s Most Promising Companies” by Forbes Magazine. They ranked #17 on the Inc 500 List in 2012, and the CEO just won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. The Founder and CEO, Alan Martin, was a student when he founded the company. He knew too well what it was like to over pay for college books.
CampusBookRentals also has a RentBack Program. Now this has to be the neatest idea that I have ever heard of. I know when I was in college, the price of the books cost me a fortune. Paying for books that are needed and only being able to sell them for $30 to $40 a few months later is unfortunate. RentBack allows the you to keep ownership of your books, send them back to them, and then they will rent them out to other students and send you the money. Yes, they will send you the money. They will repeat the process every semester until the book is no longer in demand. Students make 2-4x as much money on their books when compared to selling them back. That is what makes CampusBookRentals and the RentBack Program a wonderful program.
CampusBookRentals also Participates and has Partnered up with Operation Smile. Yes, another awesome deed that they do. Anytime that a student rents a book, a donation goes to Operation Smile. Operation Smile is the largest surgical charity, leading research into the causes of cleft lip and cleft palate, and its prevention, treatment and eradication. They are the largest volunteer-based children’s medical charity and they provide free cleft surgeries. Since 1982, through the help of medical volunteers, Operation Smile has provided 220,000 free surgical procedures for children and young adults.
