One of my most precious memories from when I was a kid is spending Summer days at my grandma & grandpas. After swimming, my grandma would always give my sister and I ice cream and we would all doze off for an afternoon nap. We didn’t have a care in the world π

One of my favorite childhood memories is actually have to work hard picking vegetables from the garden, canning with my mom, cleaning house and then EARNING the right to get into the swimming pool. Society today is so different.

This water slide reminds me of my childhood in Arizona. When the swimming pool wasn’t enough, mom would take us to Oasis water park where we’d spend the day sliding down the water slides til the place closed!

When I was a child, one of my favorite things to do was go to Wet n’ Wild. It was an awesome Waterpark on the Las Vegas Strip, it has since been torn down in 2004. Was sad to see it go, but that was one of my favorite childhood memories.
